Since our primary sales are FOOD items, we are NOT able to accept any returns for any reason. If you
would like to try the item before purchasing a case, let me suggest you purchase one bag of each to determine
whether you would benefit from the savings of a case order. See below for RETAILERS information.

We do not ship less than 4 cases to any International address.
INSURANCE
We automatically add insurance to cover the cost of your order, which is included in the cost of shipping. Junselle's
Turkish Gold will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Each order is shipped with a tracking
number which will be emailed to you for your convenience.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping can take place, depending on the size of the order, up to three weeks from the date of your order.
Remember that we package all our food products by hand and we do our very best to ship within 24 hours for
those who are not ordering by the case. However, please remember that your order may come at a time when we
are filling a large request. If you are in a hurry please EMAIL us that you've just placed an order and need it
shipped a.s.a.p.. We can't guarantee anything, but we'll see what we can do to expedite your shipment.
